Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP)
Units of local government receiving statutory revenue sharing, such as the City of Belding, have to meet certain requirements to be eligible to receive a percentage of revenue sharing.
This is EVIP, the Economic Vitality Incentive Program.
